At Nguni Homeware, we ensure your luxury homeware items reach you safely and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver throughout South Africa.

  • For international delivery, please contact us directly for a quote.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Small items (Décor, Accessories, Small Furniture): 3–7 business days.

  • Large furniture items (Sofas, Dining Sets, Beds): 7–14 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery charges apply based on item size, weight, and destination.

  • Free delivery for orders over R10,000 (subject to location).

  • Premium assembly service may incur an additional fee (see below).

4. Premium Assembly & Installation

  • Certain furniture items may require professional assembly.

  • Optional Premium Assembly Service: R500 per item.

  • Our team can assemble furniture safely at your home upon request.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can follow your order’s progress with our courier partner.

6. Receiving Your Order

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery.

  • If you notice any damage or missing parts, contact us immediately at ngunihomeware@gmail.com or 073 309 0708.

  • Our team will arrange a replacement or assistance quickly.

7. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Courier logistics issues

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays or unforeseen events

  • We will notify you immediately if a delay occurs.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns Policy (link to your Returns page).

  • Large items are usually non-returnable, unless damaged or faulty.
